There are no extra charges for heating or insurance. Individual tastes, (even the fussiest!!) are catered for (owners are kindly requested to provide prescription diet foods).

Webcam Pricing
Five of our Suites offer a high resolution webcam feed. The webcams are viewable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, day and night. The webcams can be viewed via a Smartphone Android or ISO, PC, or Laptop computer. Please note this service requires a stable Internet provider or Mobile network. Price per day is £1.00.

Payment
Payment of boarding fees is required in full three to four week prior to your cat’s stay. Any
extra expenses accrued during your cat’s stay can be paid on collection. Payment can be paid by BACS and cash.
A full day’s board is charged for the day of arrival and departure to allow for the necessary
disinfecting and preparation of the suite.
In the event of owners returning earlier than planned the full period for which the suite is
reserved will be charged.

At Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum boarding fee is equivalent to 5 days
boarding.

Please be aware that if you are booking boarding for the following year, the tariff may have
altered from the time of booking to when you board, as prices are reviewed each year, with
fee changes being implemented from 1st January.
